Paid Time Off

You’ll receive 40 hours of PTO on your first day, plus 120 hours accrued annually at a rate of 4.62 hours per pay period. This allows you the flexibility to take time off when you need it. It’s our way of supporting work-life balance and ensuring you have the time to recharge and perform your best.

Life Insurance

Our base life insurance, provided at no cost to employees, offers coverage equal to 1 times your annual earnings with matching AD&D benefits. We also offer Supplemental Life Insurance coverage for you, your spouse, and dependent children, with guaranteed issue amounts when first eligible. It’s our commitment to providing you with flexible, reliable protection for you and your loved ones.

Vision Insurance

For a low monthly premium, you’ll get coverage for routine eye exams, frames, lenses, and contacts. Your plan includes annual eye exams, an allowance of $150 for frames (every 24 months), and coverage for lenses. Plus, you’ll receive a $150 allowance for contacts each year.

Health Insurance

We offer comprehensive medical insurance with employer-paid premiums and affordable spouse and dependent coverage. We’re dedicated to supporting your health and well-being, so you can focus on what matters most.

Dental Insurance

We offer flexible dental insurance options to fit your needs with both Basic and Enhanced plans. Premiums are budget-friendly, with affordable family coverage options, making it simple to get the care you need. With coverage for all stages of dental health, we’re here to help keep you and your family smiling.

Disability

Our short-term disability benefit, which is employee-paid, starts after 15 days of illness or injury, replacing 60% of your weekly earnings up to $1,800 for up to 11 weeks. If you need longer-term support, our long-term disability kicks in after 90 days, replacing 60% of your monthly earnings up to $6,000.

EAP

We offer a valuable Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to you. This unique program provides support in managing a variety of personal tasks, including financial planning, personal counseling, parental advice for new parents, legal guidance, and online will preparation.

401K

We offer a competitive 401(k) retirement plan to help you build a secure financial future. Our plan includes a 50% employer match on your contributions, up to 3% of your salary, giving you a boost as you invest in your future. Employer matching contributions are fully vested after 3 years of employment, ensuring that the longer you’re with us, the more of that benefit you keep. It’s our way of helping you plan for a successful retirement while you grow with us.
